Magical prizes! Shopping credit at Kimonomomo ~~~ so you can have even more sashiko goodness.

• 1st place – $40 credit
• 2nd place – $20 credit
• 3rd place – $10 credit

Here’s how you can be a part of it:

• Order your kit – includes fabric, thread, and two sashiko needles. Color choice is random.
• Play with your materials – add beads, ribbons, more fabric, anything you like. One caveat is that the supplied materials must be used. Don’t like the colors? That’s part of the challenge! Learn to work with colors and/or materials you wouldn’t normally try on your own.
• Make your sashiko traditional style, contemporary, abstract, whatever floats your boat.
• Submit photos or a video of your completed project by February 29, 2016. Yes, I know, in the video I said Feb. 28, but I forgot it was a Leap Year. More time for you! Update: deadline extended to March 14. 
• Open to all most countries*, all ages. If a winner is under 18 years old, please have an adult handle the prize claim, just to be safe and legal.
• Judging will be on March 1 March 15 by me (Carol) and the Kimonomomo team.

*There are very few countries I do not ship to due to past difficulties with postal systems. They include South Africa and most of South America. I love you wonderful people, but your local postal systems take forever to deliver packages and the challenge would be over before you could start!
