How are your Winter Sashiko Challenge projects going? I’ve sent out a lot of kits but have seen only one completed so far. Mine isn’t finished either… I need to get back to it! We’ve extended the deadline from Feb. 29 to March 14 to give everyone more time to put a bit of polish on their projects.

I recently saw a tutorial, where you were working on a binding of your Japanese quilt explaining the different thimbles. You said you were going to kit that quilt. I am wondering if that kit is now available. I would be interested in buying one.
I’ve been working on kitting that quilt for ages… it keeps getting put on the back burner. Should be done this month. I’ll post on the blog when it’s ready.
I love the fabric and thread colors I got. But this is definitely challenging! What a relief to see the extension.
