Frustration

Vacations are supposed to be relaxing, so I’m told. Instead I find my fingers twitching and I’m eager to get back to my piles of fabric, dig right in and work until I fall asleep. Tomorrow I plan to attend a screening of Hannari ~ Geisha Modern at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco, and that has me excited. So… frustrated and excited. Yeah, that’s me trying to relax. Ugh.

I’ll be back to regular blogging (with pictures!) next week. If you’d like me to cover a particular topic, just let me know. I don’t profess to be any sort of textile or even kimono expert (“enthusiast” would perhaps be a better term), but every time someone challenges me to come up with an answer, I certainly do enjoy tracking down the information. Job placement tests I’ve taken often suggest I become a research librarian, so you know I’m geared for this sort of thing.
